Basically If you want to refill your arrows from Locker you would search the locker and then you can refill your arrows. But It also give advantages to Survivors to escape because It take twice the time to search a Locker now than default (only If you have less than 5 arrows ofc).
It honestly kinda annoying when a Survivor is hiding inside a locker while there's is multiple nearby.

That aside The Keeper should have that option, I don't want to spend twice the time just to refill my arrows.

being able to refill and check a locker at the same time is a tradeoff u get for choosing mael ig here
the locker gambling
not being able to choose to not refill arrows is also a bit more skill expression imo since ideally u want to wait till you are low on arrows to not waste time refilling constantly
I don't bother checking lockers mlst of the time anyways tho so that's prov jus me
