This aspect's affect is so negligible it might as well be cosmetic.

I have a Tier III Aspect, after extensive testing the range of an arrow storm aimed at an altitude of ~10.1 goes from 33 to 34 blocks.

The 'reduced spread' is literally impossible to detect. If I took 50 videos with the aspect and 50 videos without, you would not be able to tell which was which. Attached are two screenshots if you'd like to try to discern which is which; screenshots do not work as well but still convey the point.

I noticed this after the arrowstorm-arrowshield interaction was quietly removed last patch. It was in the game for 11 years and made arrow storm far more manageable, and its removal was not even mentioned in the patch notes.

This aspect does not need to be as overpowered as that interaction, it just needs to have any visible effect when putting on a Tier III aspect.

This aspect is in a little bit of a weird spot that prevents it from getting a huge buff, but I would like if it got one

According to the 2.1 changelog, arrow storm's "spread" value was 12 in 2.0.
In 2.1, it became 6, but nimble string, windstorm, and arrow hurricane each increase it by 2, bringing it back to 12 for bolt
According to Xavier's spreadsheet of aspects (or at least the very first one we got), the aspect decreases the spread by 0.5/1/1.5/2 depending on the tier, meaning it allegedly knocks off 1/6th of the spread for bolt but 1/3rd for someone with no upgrades

This range of potential spread makes it a bit hard to balance, as if it could take away half of the spread with arrow hurricane, then there would be 0 spread with no upgrades, which is a bit of an issue

In an ideal world it becomes possible to have it be stronger the more upgrades you have, but that might be a dev time thing, unless it's possible to tie fractions of it to the upgrades

Having arrow shield active would offset the point arrow storm was launched from to avoid the issue of being unable to land the storm without launching enemies away with shield

Yes, the start was offset by a rather large amount and it also narrowed the spread significantly, the effective range of arrow storm (100% hits on a small target) was around 5-6 blocks
