I think a similar post was made a while ago but currently doing things (e.g. notg, nol) at level is easier than doing the same thing at a higher level (and obviously gear at that higher level).
At the very least it should stay around the same difficulty but it would make sense for stuff like raids to be easier especially because lower level raids' reward chests are much less rewarding and take just as long/even longer to do than high level raids.
you could also call this a balancing issue but I think some scaling is just poorly designed right now

The problem with the current state of affairs is that you really have no incentive to do NOTG at endgame because 1) it's harder than when you ideally first encountered it at level 70 and 2) it has way worse rewards than other raids

My main issues with NOL is 1) the goddamn maze room and 2) most of the boss difficulty has to do with the insane lag

Maybe a simple maze room fix is that you don't lose your health if you fall off the platform

or if you move during overseer watch phase

just have it send you back to the start and then spawn mobs (more of them) that you have to kill

#

This makes it less of a "well you slipped, die now" situation and more of a "you slipped, here are consequences but they're not necessarily going to end your run"
