i mean yeah the build that worked with pre-nerf apoc was slow-cast bashscream afaik
which works in a lot of the fallen tree
major id was changed due to lag concerns
I know, the particles were too much right?
Is there a way to decrease the major id’s particle generation without making it unviable?
I just hate that boiling blood on apoc have cd now
like the dmg on the weapon is already abysmal, why nerf that part too
boiling blood also goes out much faster which should not cause lag as much
just lower the amount of particles
Is it possible to make the major id cast in a way that deals damage or dps similar to how it does now but in more concentrated hits so that it’s not every tick?
the way it dealt damage before was literally breaking the server.
like, on a fundamental level it was causing too many issues to keep. this is the compromise
we really can't go back to it, because zeer was literally considering creating an entirely new code trick just to mitigate the issues of Hellfire's effect and that is unacceptable
Why not just delete apoc's MID at this point
Like, genuinely, what does it even do right now, aside from disabling literally every single Warrior ability
Why are you so adamant on keeping it, when it causes so many issues
It was a mistake adding this MID in the first place, yet instead of just scrapping it, you just keep adding more and more "but"s to it in every single patch

+Hellfire: Boiling Blood never activates and deals no damage, but does not slow enemies, disables Bash, disables Discombobulate, disables Sacred Surge, disables Warrior and disables accounts of everyone owning an Apocalypse.

what if, instead of boiling blood being pool for apoc it just deals debuff and do much faster dmg to them
or just make the boiling blood into debuff for bash instead of pool
so instead of boiling blood doing the thing that it does, it should do the thing that it does, or instead of boiling blood being a bash effect it should be a bash effect?

so...instead of making the pool bigger, which is the express reason for having given bash extra AOE on this effect, just make it like burning uppercut?
