I am wondering how ID Rolls (specifically for "Charm of the Stone") work. WynnAPI says the charm has a min leveledLootBonus of 24% and a max of 35% with a Raw value of 30%. Using Raw * 1.3 = Max and Raw * 0.7 = Min doesn't yield the correct values. Are the values outside of the extremes set to the boundary values? If not, how are the boundary values set? Does this impact the odds of rolling a perfect leveledLootBonus Charm? How/where are Corkian Amplifiers accounted for in this process. Thanks!

0.7 is also for negative rolls. It should be 0.3 for a positive roll (which LB is)
But that just makes it 10x worse

doesnt seem like it would
@heavy thorn was recommended by someone to ping sorry if you arent the right person
I think Charms may have been influenced by the manner in which Tomes used to roll their base stats, which was instead .85-1.15 but that also doesn't pull up the right numbers so I'm not sure
Not sure who determined the rolls on charms unfortunately
and im guessing you wouldnt know how the out of bounds max/min values behave then?
nope.
