#Divine Honor needs a buff

Much was already discussed about how the Paladin tree isn't in a good state and how things could been improved. Unfortunally the same can be said/done to this Major IDs which focus on one of Paladin's most important skills.

Radiance (which should also use a buff to be fair) its extremely important for Paladin since its one of the few ways that class can supports its allies (which is supposed to be one of the main features of the Paladin)

So, a Major ID that buffs Radiance its a non brainer, however they way its implemented isn't enough to justify its use. A 25% increase to Radiance effect sounds greats, however, due to cooldowns ,radience can't be kept all the times, so that increase isn't that significant.

Furthemore, for some reason, Divine honor also reduces Paladin Bash damage, which makes no sense considering its DPS its one of the lowest in the game rn.

The chestplate Empyreal Emberplate (one of the 2 items with Divine Honor) goes a step further by having a hefty -% spell damage, which reduces Paladin DPS even further for no good reason.

So, considering how little use it sees, how Paladin already has low dps and now how every single mob in the game has been buffed I believe Divine Honor could use a buff by either increasing it's bonus or at the very least removing it's downsides.

Wynn 2.1 is going deeper into classical mmorpg and healer/tank/dps setup, so asking for paladin support to do more damage is not happening, abd radiance being the ONLY support ability that didn’t get a nerf, while being one of the best buffs in the game, asking for a buff is insanely unlikely

(Not saying i like where divine honor is in the game right now, but those changes are not happening, the best/balanced we can get is divine honor on a new more viable spear than veritas)

What the CT needs to understand is that you dont need to nerf damage in the tanking roles, by not having a DPS oriented tree, regardless of this skill downside, Paladin damage won't be good considering the player will focus on a build with lots of Ehp and guess whats the usual penalty in these items? Yep even more negative spell %, Elemental % or - Tier attack speed.

even if u removed all of these, Paladin damage would still be below the other classes, which are build to output lots of damage.

And again, MANY people play solo, and all the mobs got buffed, asking for a little buff shouldnt be absurd, specially since its a fairly popular class for beginningers who need the extra help (and incentive) to keep playing

an actual buff, not buffing radiance by 2 more % and doubling the earth dmg loss

they could use slight buffs but theyre usable
ive seen some cool stuff like screamsurf and flying bolt w/ empyreal emberplate and ive seen a couple of perfectly fine veritas builds

even if u remove the bash negative bonus and boost the radiance boost it would still be lower
