I asked a CT about this around 8 months ago, maybe more. They said something among the lines of "We scrapped that idea honestly because most of us forgot it even existed by now."

It's definitly quite sad to see though, cause couldve been a neat reward for doing Guild Wars that isnt just tomes and emeralds
