#Give Sacred Surge AoE damage

From my understanding, Sacred Surge is the ability that Wynn gave Paladin so that it doesn't deal 2 damage every time it hits something. Dealing 200% of your DPS it seems pretty good. (80% less than a double bash moment). But there's one small issue: 1: It takes 25% of your holy power, so it doesn't come up very often, and 2: It only hits a single target, so even when it does it's completely useless against multiple enemies.

So here's my 2 propositions: Either 1: Make it so Sacred Surge strikes ALL enemies hit by the initial attack, or 2: Just make Sacred Surge deal AoE damage around the one mob it strikes. (Even if its only like a 1 block radius or something its still better than single target)

Like... It looks like a lightning bolt. Surely it has to have SOME collateral damage

and... also maybe give it slight damage buff I didn't realize it was weaker than a double bash.

relatable, was spamming charge in housing for 4 mins just to have full sacred surge for a boss

it used to hit all enemies within range and then that was intentionally changed

bc it was super op to have charge be gained faster than it could be consumed against groups of mobs

It now hits ALL enemies upon first activation. Not only that, but on multi-hit spells like Uppercut + Comet, or Quad bash, it activates each time for free

Quad bash will spend 25% sacred surge while casting it four times
