only issue is that you can collapse them

but the guidelines should mention that its not for bug reports. tbh another way would be adding a label for bug reports and a bot that picks bug reports up and directs it to contact staff

so many options to improve it...

I figure just the fact that it's at the very top of the sidebar is part of the issue
given that you're not actively going to be looking up there after having scanned over the rules once or twice

Well- yes. But the point was that nobody actually thinks to check up there for contact staff because there's not much reason to be looking at the top channels normally anyway

If it's stated that bug reports here will get the post removed or a warning or something similar then we can actually do something about it instead of just going "please read"
