There is a reason behind this

If this was upscaled like nonmythic items on 2.0 release, it would be 2-8 mana regen since the base was normally changed from 1 to 6
Pretty much every mythic with something mana-related that did not roll in 1.20 was not updated, which is why this exists and items like Inferno and Epoch still only have -1 costs. These are scattered over all sorts of mythic weapons
Only thing I can think of that was upscaled was Thrundacrack's -uppecut cost

oh yeah i was going to point out the -1 spell costs as well but assumed they were more useful
Basically they dont want mythics to change value

Looked through the weapons, looks like the only other nonrolling things that then became rollable were Warp and Monster's +heal costs
Everything else is still nonrolling if it wasn't before

Most of what I think has already been stated here, but I would enjoy if they upscaled this stat. Unfortunately, it would in fact nuke the value of some existing Guardians so I understand why it has to be this way. I may just be a bit biased since my Guardian's true mana regen roll is actually good
just make it 4/5 manaregen and leave it their (a gurenteed stat) (or 3/5) so atleast it has some use
flavor ids have got to be the worst concept to be in the game
but the entire team loves it
because it contributes to whatever lore idea they have for the item
or whatever inside joke that they can laugh about
or if its just impossible to remove the value because its too much effort
god forbid the ct have fun when making items, we can’t have that
me when new fruma mythic has +1 to +2 health (someone rolled almost perfect but price dropped by 30 stacks bc they rolled +1 health)
they can have as much fun as they want if they dont compromise the item itself
it just gives another excuse for the item makers to justify items further and not change anything
I mean if the community didnt throw a tantrum each time there was an economy shift then we could have reasonable mana stats on mythics

sure it doesn’t make sense to the average player, but is that -1 spell cost really enough to get so pissed about
it should’ve just gotten rid of
but why what’s so bad about having that spell cost reduction
because it used to have an equivalent to thrunda’s -3rd
so one mythic gets changed and one doesn’t, what’s the huge issue? cataclysm is broken as it is, the last thing it needs is a buff

i dont like what they are implying for like future items if they keep doing this
but maybe its just a result of trying to change literal 3 year old items to fit with a new mana and abilities system
