Hey! There are many great guilds and I'm sure you'll find one, just wanted to let you know;
Pvp guilds.. Arent really a thing, as pvp has an insanely small role in the game

Wars are the only content where you "fight" other players but it's still pve and very fun in my opinion

Pvp dedicated guilds aren't a thing, there is a bit of a pvp/hunted community if you find the right people, but mostly at max combat level
