Why do we only can craft gathering gear and can not find them in the world like other type of armor?

my suggestion was you implement professions into quests more so it is not a seperate leveling system
and then you can maybe add some gather gear into the quests as well when you finish a quest

why would you be able to craft mythics if crafted tier exists

ah okay yea this would be too OP i assume, but i think the idea with crafting lv 100 gear with lv 100 materials is good (no extra crafting leveling)
but then i think crafting ingredients should be untradable otherwise everyone can get lv 100 gear by searching the TM

then you could get professions to 100, craft with them and sell the rest of materials you do not need

Most endgame items in this game are better then most crafted items with a few exceptions, so most players take the route of leveling combat and doing the questline and seeing if they still have it in them to do profs by the time they are endgame. It is not required and the 3 best professions to do are cooking potions and scribing. These are the useful trifecta and can be leveled with items from the trade market without having to go out and gather on your own. Not to mention, that you only need a total character level of 300 to unlock the needed tome slot, which means you only need to do crafts on a prof bomb world for like 10 minutes in order to get 25-30 levels from t1 crafting ingredients/t1 mats. Doing the gathering is pretty much a time sink, unless you want something to do. tldr; you dont need to level gathering in order to level up craftsmanship but you do need to level up a few crafts for the tome slot which is advantageous to do.

Mythics and builds are the true end game goals. Not money. If you want a game with the point to make more money, play an idle game or a game with a more fleshed out market.
It literally works the same in real life? You don’t work to get $500k for the sake of having $500k, you use it to buy a house or a car or start a business. The currency isn’t the goal it’s wealth
