the new character objectives are extremely misleading

Complete quests (3) requires 1 of each type of quest (1 story quest, 1 regular quest, 1 mini quest), Complete quests (2) requires any quest. Theres been so many new players wondering why the objectives are seemingly bugged when really their descriptions are just terribly misleading.
