tbh if it went above 15 there would be like no time pressure or consequence for reds at all
how you can only get 1 white beacon correct? that time runs out eventually

white beacons add challages that allso give time? but you can only get 1 so the rest are reds?

i mean youd notice if you did some lrs with them but the way it works is that when you take a red the challenges that dont give you time are immediately added after. so if you stack it too hard you can run out (but it requires playing pretty badly lmfao)

also not sure if a wynntills thing or not but i evetually got so many boons i couldnt see the timer or the challanges anymore so by the end "balancing time vs chalanges" just became a joke because i literally coudlnt read it
what you can do in a godly run with rainbow is (assuming you got +50 white) aqua stack red (+8 challenges) do like 5-6 beacons such as blue/yellow/purple do 1 green since you would be about to run out of time then do some beacons untill you hit 10-12 minutes then aqua stack into red again (that will put you at 15 minutes cuz aqua and red will give time initialy) and repeat. thats how i got to 140 challenges the other day

Starting a challenge counts as taking it, so failing locks you out
Passing does not count as taking a beacon, so that doesnt lock you out
yeah you can get 50 minutes if you want but the next challnge you start will put you back at 15

when i go hard on reds i usualy just get a +12 red then at 4-5 minutes i use 1 green and thats it

It's not like the warp market was certain to climb, there was just as good of a chance for warp prices to continue falling
the hotfix was on tuesday which would give it another 3 days to drop had there not been a hotfix
And many predicted that there wouldn't be a hotfix for a while until Friday due to the chest reset bug that happens when a patch is pushed
It's still a gamble, thankfully myself and some of my friends, and definitely the CT took the right path investing in warp before the patch. But it wouldn't be stratightforward easy money

You’d probably want to not do it on the orange blocks towards the back but on the ones towards the front of it to make it easier only just noticed that i marked one towards the back
There has been one time where it did manage to get onto the building somehow but thats out of a lot and a lot of attempts for me

i wanted to know if i was tweaking or not, im 100% convinced there has to be some sort of weighting problem with blues. its rudiculous you can see 18 purples in a row and not a blue, and this was for like 4 runs in a row i got to 30+ challanged without more than 2 blues thats with +2 extra beacons cause i would find oranges.
Yea some of my runs have died because i couldnt get a boon for over 10 challenges
i also feel extremely strongly especially when you only have 2 beacon choices if i reroll the beacons i should not be able to get duplicates of what i wanted to reroll, over 4 different times ive rerolled a purple and yellow into a purple and vibrant yellow, like are you fucking kidding me.

i guess im struggling to know when to take blues and what to aqua stack and ope for an ornage, when do you use your rewrolls? i often find myself useing them after aqua stacking early on and praying for an orange or white or something
When i can start next run (10m cooldown)
And then after starting the run aqua -> aqua -> hope for orange (use all rrs)

If not orange then take rainbow and pray for orange if no orange then restart its dead already
God run is propably vaqau -> vaqau -> vorange -> 2x (v)aqau -> rainbow -> 2x vaqau -> gray -> white/red -> 2x vaqua stack onto dgray

The luck is pretty much only in getting orange, also i just realized the run i posted wouldnt even work because gray cannot appear twice in a row (keep that in mind)
that run is possible, ive done it once before
aqua(no gray) > aqua(gray) > rainbow(no gray) > aqua(gray) > aqua(no gray) > gray
you just need to start the first aqua on a run that has no gray
Yeah, you just either need 8 beacons max or to get gray on 3rd challenge
It is a lot less luck in the long run as you so said that you are not getting any boon beacons. Now with rolling for an orange at the beginning and removing the whole “luck factor” makes it a lot less rng depended then other runs

Also, with the massive god runs youre often going to waste rolls/pulls after getting a mythic early on
bug: if you have started 4 challenges (in my case completed 3, failed 1) it says you can claim your pulls but you actually cant

5 waves in a custom arena without safe spots, one wave spawning more than 9 mobs with charge spell, another spawning like a dozen mobs with such high default walkspeed that any enemy walkspeed means the only way to avoid them is by flying
and the whole thing finishes with a high health boss that has seemingly true damage tornados as a sidekick? All in one challenge??
kinda fr, especially since most things are weak to air if you have an air weapon its like 4x as long because of the elemtentla defences you guys gave it

it's a bit long winded but it has cheese and wave 4 is actually empty so the time waste is manageable

lootruns can still go on to infinity and make abominations like this. Rainbow beacon is busted, if you get one (along with at least 1 grey beacon) your basically guaranteed a mythic (which I did get this run). Without a rainbow beacon your in for a rough time though
I think it would be best if beacons instead gained power based on your lootrun experience rather then high roll into a rainbow
this would also make yellow beacons not worthless

No offense but the Lantern Keeper might actually be the only mob I have noticed in latechallenge lootruns that doesn't actually do that much damage even at face-value

yea i dont think that idea is great, for instance if a reroll forced different colors, what would happen if you had like 8 beacon choices?? you'd get no beacons lol.. unless you implement it so that it changes colors only when theres 2 beacon options. either way i think that idea is bad. its fine as it is

Honestly after lr for 2 days straight I really agree. The system is very very fun I just imagine it would take some much time to properly code like the “weight” of when beacons should show up. I’ve been trying to think about it a lot but I can’t think of anything smart that wouldn’t be extremely broke. It’s just like fundamentally I want god runs every time but I know that’s not good for the game

Best part is when there are other people inside it in the same world before you so you have to do wave 4 with a bunch of extra tornados scattered

I think the main issue is that of you aren't able to burst down the keeper fast after horse dies the horse respawns and you go bye bye (unless haha funny exit cheese spot)
As long as you got ranged attacks you don't even need to worry about the horse
or if you’re bmonk the horse can’t hit u
The horse just gets caught in my crossfire, unless I'm mega cursed it isn't much of a threat to me

Not sure how other people feel but I think a slight increase chance for emeralds in the lootrun chests would be nice. It feels lightly bad doing like 2 hour lootruns for like 6-11 le. I’m not sure how I would fix it
please fix "sort by distance" it doesn't work half the time
it tells you that a thing that's the closest to you is like 600 blocks away meanwhile other stuff is like 200 from the same category

its just long lootruns shouldnt automatically give a result, same for short ones. its just a different set of rewards. long runs having a much higher chance to pull something good, opposed to short runs. but effectively all that matters is the pull/min

i do agree old lootruns didnt give as much emeralds so in theory i think you still making more emeralds per hour on avg if you are doing god runs but you dont get god runs every time and im guessing they wull patch aqua soon potenially making god runs even harder.
they are incredibly easy to get right now so making them harder to get is good 
semi, i find the aqua also semi mess up potenial "semi good" runs. its either you aqua stack ornage good or pray you get boons to spawn for you, iswear if you dont take any blues by chalange 5 and you still only have 2 beacon options blues become really really hard to find for some reason, atleast in my experience
most meta runner reset if they dont get orange in first 3
and if you do get orange it basically gurantees a good run

My point was that getting 6-11LE just by picking up emeralds in chests would take longer before 2.0.3 EVEN IF you ran on an old unlooted world. Your inital complaint was that you dont get enough LE from lootruns when getting LE from lootruns never was a thing before 2.0.3 unless you sold items on trademarket
agree tna "optimally" can make so much more money, i think avg raid time for people who are good in like 10-15 min. thats like 20-40 le an hour, compaired to 6-12 le for a 2 hour lr.

If you’ve only been offered 1 aqua in a row, and have 8 beacon choices with only 8 valid beacons, aqua should definitely show up for that selection. In that scenario, aqua should be guaranteed to show up for two out of every three challenges.
If I’m understanding right, then aqua not showing up sounds like it should be a bug rather than intended behavior (but I’m not CT so I’m just guessing)

Adding to the beacon chance coversation, I was doing a lootrun last night where I had 8 beacon choices, and at one point I rerolled, and dropped down to 6 choices, as green and aqua were removed from the list. It might’ve been my second aqua, so the aqua being removed makes sense, but then I rerolled again, and green and aqua still didn’t show up. Aqua should definitely show up on the second reroll, right? And green shouldn’t have stopped showing up at all.

Yes, I know the rerolls don’t count towards giving you back the aqua, but that means they shouldn’t take away the aqua either. I had aqua in my choices, rerolled, and aqua was gone.
Honestly, they should just make it so aquas don’t appear if you already have a 2 aqua stack. Needing to time the aquas is kind of annoying.
Important Suggestion: the Basalt Basin cave should not be level 60 because the mobs in it are level 72+ and it's located in a level 70 area as well

I switched to artemis middle of october bc 1.12 crashes too often for my liking
Also 1.12 veing less laggy is cap
My pc is running at half the noise and i can open 3 instances on a laptop and its still playable
(fps does tank quite a bit tho)

and practicaly all my mythics are from sub 80 pull runs
in theory it’s actually better to do shorter runs since you don’t have to waste as many rerolls on what could’ve been spent on new runs
im doing a 110 challenge run right now and i know il regret it
Yea I only do the long long runs now if I just feel like making myself suffer for 2 hours
I have one set up to do a 50-60 later
not to mention that long runs have the worst mythic rate so far from my testing
almost 2 times worse than <75 pull runs
is that with accounting for mythics rerolled or just taking
rerolled as well

Tbf i think most people dont show all their small runs or failed runs

most failed/small runs won’t affect it too much even if they do tbh
majority of the people submiting <75 run pulls seem to be submiting a LOT of pulls
they don’t amount up to more than 120 pulls total in a failed run usually
like so far there is a small group of people that submit their runs consistently, there are barely any random people with a few submissions

and if i see someone that just posts 1 random run with 8 pulls 1 mythic then i wont even add it

Its weird though almost like every run however many challenges you’ve done you get an added fixed chance of obtaining the mythic. Either that or its still to low of a sample size maybe?
