this shouldn't be possible without reworking the whole class. You cannot just make the totems immune to the servers TPS. The only thing you could really do would be to make totems not fly in the air anymore and make them just place on the ground instantly; but that fix completely removes totem flying and ruins hall

just remove doubleloot instead, its responsible for all of the lag and is hurting the games economy

its not just mythics its everything being doubled; even if the mythic grinder leaves everything else on the floor the other 49 players in the lobby get their drops double. Even if half of them don't use it thats 25 players getting every single drop doubled for 20 minutes and theres hundreds of these bombs thrown every day all of that inflation adds up quickly

double loot is just broken compared to other bombs; look at item bomb and ingredient bomb; they achieve what double loot can in 10 seconds. The other bombs just save time, not even giving a material advantage (expect gathering speed when crafting)

mythics aren't even that much cheaper because of the emeralds inflation from TNA
