Ambivalence is a nice accessory, pretty nice, which was pretty much busted. Now it has be reduced to near useless: here are my arguments and solutions:
PROBLEMS
1)What is the point of having +50 spell damage with a double spell cost? This is a net -25% damage!
2)Why is there a water damage %? with that -100 int reduction no one is going to use any water weapon anyway. Powders are a possibility, but who is going to go for a water powdered weapon if all the armor which boosts water has an int req anyway?
3) Random requirements. WHY IN HELL DO YOU HAVE A FIRE AIR AND THUNDER REQUIREMENT. Most spell based accessories have no skill points requirement or a water one. But because with that -100 int this thing cannot have any int req, what is the point?
SOLUTIONS
- removed all those req and those defences. Added water defence because it seemed in the style of the item
- gave some kind of mana sustain, as that -100 int meant you couldnt use almost any mana regen item anyway
- Removed water damage as it had no meaning
- buffed spell damage to not make it absolutely useless
