So I'm trying to do Jungle Fever, right, and it's the quest that you have to travel outside of Troms, but the problem is that it's Level 52 and I don't unlock The Passage until Level 57, so I have to go across The Great Bridge. Now the problem is I'm using a Shadestepper build, which is good for damage btw, I was able to solo Prison of Souls and Plague Laboratory at or below the recommended level, but my build is glassy for ranged and swarms of mobs. I tried to buy a Detlas scroll and it didn't work. I don't want to have to die every time I go cross the bridge, I understand keeping the feature for cutscenes, but I can't tell if that not working for quests is a bug or intentional, either way I really want that to be fixed.

there's a quest somewhere that disables scrolls but never re-enables them
which is why this happens in random spots seemingly
just need to find which quest is doing it

Yea the raid puts you in a ”storyline” and never completes it

the issue is when the tag isn't removed
