reduced vanish CD would be nice, or untie the item from vanish entirely, i dont think any mythic in the game other than weathered is skill-specific, thats usually a fabled item thing

fission, trancendence, heart of the pack, guardian, saviors sacrifice

and then theres gravity well on pure, roving assassin on weathered

i'm curious, does gravity well effect ophanim?

roving assassin is the only mythic mid to affect a specific atree ability, iirc

gravity well affects meteor as a whole, while roving assassin only changes anything if you’ve unlocked vanish

it would also hopefully improve mobility and make weathered new lr meta

and as the owner of a shiny lr counter weathered they should definitely do this

eternal olive it would be nicer if as weathered is an air mythic its MID was more closely tied...

maybe just something related to dash, i actually made an ability rework a while ago that could work as a weathered mid that is good on all archetypes

or maybe just that you can use dash in midair twice before you have to touch the ground again to get the upwards boost

I feel like the original point of this thread was to change Weathered's ID to be as gameplay-impactful as it was before 2.0
Regrettably, even if either of those effects did make it in, I doubt they'd hold the same impact as mitigating vanish's primary weakness back then

+I somewhat doubt Fleet of Foot would be that good on acrobat, given the emphasis on flying making the walk speed and ground requirement fairly counter-intuitive

good points! i agree that fleet of foot wouldn't be as good on acrobat, i imagined it as something you could use to have some better mobility when you have to touch the ground for any reason, as acrobats are very vulnerable if they can't become/stay airborne for any reason

and yeah, neither of these would be as impactful as it was pre-2.0
any good solution would have to have a meaningful effect on every archetype, and it's kinda hard to make something like that

i was thinking that something related to its lore about time and wind magic would be cool, maybe some kind of rewind or agility-related thing

what if (for acro only though) dodging an attack while airborne will negate all of the damage and kb instead of 90%

#

although that might not only be for acro, maybe you could time a dash to get airborne if you are about to risk damage

#

i.e. from greg charge attack or similar
