#Disallow T6 powders from being used when upgrading powders

I don't know why the highest tier powders can be used to upgrade to T6 again. Usually I accidently end up using a T6, simply because I thought it was a T5. This just seems like unneccessary functionality.

It would make sense for changing 3 powders of one type to another, but then you realise you need at least one of the other powder types to get a 25% chance of getting it back, so yeah just remove this.

alright so i looked at this and ive seen other games have a similar upgrading system with other items, so i thought how it would work is if you add 3 tier 1 powders to a high tier powder it would just give you a high chance to convert the powder into a different element with a good chance of getting a lower tier powder. It turns out to not work like this at all. in the screenshot you can see im combining a water powder (T4) with 3 t1 air powders. the tier4 powder behaves as a t1. I believe that the highest tier powder should influence the level of the powder created by combining, for example i think that in this situation the powder should have a 25-30% chance of turning into a t5 or a t3 and a 50-40% chance of staying as a t4

or just remove combining different tier powders to force people to go to corkus lol
