Probably not to that degree, but a larger uppercut for fallen would be good yes
Old uppercut was incredibly jank though
Like idk how it was actually coded but effectively it was a projectile (it could be aimed, horizontal and vertical) with a set distance and no matter when it collided it would take 1s from initial cast to land
So hitting a mob at max range and 0 block distance took the same time
I found the old one to have better visual impact, but otherwise it's a downgrade
just undo 2.0!

do i think the best way to fix 2.0 upper is just to revert it? Not exactly.
What i do think they should do with base upper as a whole is just rework its hitbox to be more like old upper and turn it into a rectangle that goes around the player and foreward of the player. The cone is too small and the nature of its hitbox makes it really easy to miss things while up close and dodging, strafing, etc.
Make the hitbox rectangle and bigger basically
I meant in regards to functionality, hitbox is another thing which is why I mentioned how uppercut seemed to work
the hitbox of the current uppercut is so abysmally small its hard as hell to hit a mob moving slightly fast
also i dont remember it being 1 second it was more like .5 or shorter
even then it was fine because it never got in the way of spamming spells
and yes old upper looked and sounded better in every single way compared to new upper
also on the subject of warrior they should just revert bash
new one is just a pile of useless janky shit with literally no use in dealing damage
only use i can think of is sparkling hope or whatever it was called
at least new upper doesnt become useless when im 2 blocks above the ground

Except it didn't, the strength was removed when you did warscream and didn't stack
Old warrior was so jank which is why it used to be considered shit before people decided to play it anyway and spread how to minimize its flaws and increase its strength and then warrior took off

Also bash on fallen gets way bigger and stronger so that's cool
uppercanceling was not an easy skill to master
that shit took practice to nail the timing im pretty sure i never got it down properly

half moon swipe should be base uppercut
I think base uppercut should have the same range but not the same width. But it should be a rectangle tho
So half moon is more of a option than a plain buff

I guess 180 might be a bit too strong for something that early in the tree
Anyway my point is, buff base upper, buff half moon (the hitboxes)
Half moon will be buffed if base is buffed anyway
