#Rework how axe displays profession xp %

At the moment, the axe in the compass displays the % xp you have for each of the different professions, however it is very inaccurate. In order to get your actual xp amount, you need to divide by around .9 (I think I got to somewhere around .8571 at times too) in order to find what % you are actually at. If this could be fixed, it would be very nice

in addition to this, maybe adding 2 decimal places onto prof xp messages in chat or above the material when you gather it. would help with determining what would have to be divided by to give an accurate measure of where you are

It's still a problem for proffers that would be best off fixed, even if that means fixing up the api

I'm not really sure what else to do instead of that except maybe try to make an info variable in wynntils that can attempt to correct it although math being implemented in info variables has yet to happen

I mean again more feedback for doing profs would be nice but I somehow doubt an extra decimal in the xp percentage would exactly do it for me

i was able to calculate the exact xp for 131 and 132 in 1.19 but i have 0 clue if this changed
