Rework the kill command

As addon i myself lost most of my good stuff like my whole Armor and my best Weapon that i had i now have to resort to using low level stuff that is pretty bad in my area to level up and get some better gear again

you should've jut not used it when at or below 6 soul points
but yeah you shouldn't be punished for using /kill
maybe make it so it doesn't deduct soul points, but has like a 30 min cooldown or something

low Soul Points and getting stuck in a block

cuz the server wasnt working properly and glitched my quest

i couldnt escape a certain quest area which is normally used for a cutscene but it just didnt trigger the cutscene so i was stuck in barrier blocks

since than people could abuse it when they are about to die

especially in hunted

but generally it will require a lot of other stuff to be implemented to prevent abuse

what I would maybe suggest is to add a warning and asking another confirmation if you are at a point where you can lose items from using /kill
