Arcanist - Nerd and always carry book around her

Summoner - care for his minions, kind
Ritualist - constantly spit out about cult shit and say elborate nothing

But, your rendition shows the gravity of such a concept, and the effects remind me of Ouken from Ranking of Kings, with the main difference being that one is acting like a demon and the other is like a tame beast.

i would also add glass panes on either side of the respective colors, and carefully blend each color in strips along the arms
