However, as the war was going on the Berbs lost good chunk of their north territory. One day their defense was broken and an army of Gerts were marching towards the Rockslide Camp, ready to slaughter those who couldn't even fight.

But the Gerts at the front never clashed their weapons with him. The explosives Berbun ordered earlier were connected to a pressure plate and a very unlucky Gert activated it. This resulted in a massive explosion is said to have killed at least 20 Gerts, their blood was everywhere, even on Berbun. He looked up to the sky and then stared at surviving Gerts. Then he pulled out his second weapon, a small axe, as it was time for him to rush into the horde.

Those who were being treated at the Rockslide camp and are still alive keep thanking Berbus for Berbun, his sacrifice shall not be forgotten.
