When enemies banded together against separationists
When Hax and others left Coalition forming AA
The remains of War Syndicate, in which had previously owned the map and was now opposing Coalition, joined the remaining Coalition guilds
Amidst a separation movement leading to the founding an alliance quickly taking power
I originally sided with AA
I wanted the remains of Federation to side with the separationists rather than what remained of our enemy.
My allies, however, turned to Coalition, and eventually, I had to as well.
And with that came the establishment of Federation
Granted, it became an alliance governed by two past map dominations
It felt but as if two political parties were making decisions in the alliance, especially in the early stages
War Syndicate and Coalition were two alliances that, in my opinion, were drastically different. They both came in different times after unprecedented events.
Federation was heavily Coalition oriented due to their being more Coalition guilds in general, as elaborated on in the screenshot
It was a very interesting political period
I plead my case to join this new establishment of an alliance, as my allies had done.
And we were quick to be accepted. Federation needed more hands.
Federation was definitely something
The political tensions from Coalition and War Syndicate had some presence though. It wasn't shaken easily. Enemies working together against a mutual threat.
Probably why we left 4 times throughout the lifespan of the alliance.
Beyond Coalition, I didn't like the grip @glad adder had within
Federation had no official leader. It was a democratic system. But Drew was as close as it got.

It worked so well that these guilds we gave opportunity to overcame us. All it needed was a guy like Drew.
As a result, Coalition recruited large numbers to outpower War Syndicate. This led to Federation having much more Coalition guilds than what remained of War Syndicate.

I have never been more genuinely upset than any other time when I was dealing with BLA back then.
Post-Federation, ANO held Nesaak and Elkurn while BLA held Ragni and Time Valley. We were at war with DsQ. DsQ decided to attack our Elkurn claim so BLA decided they would beat us to it and take Elkurn area.
They were then saying it was their claim, and I was like no its not. One of their leaders were using the reasoning "You weren't holding it" and they confessed they basically took advantage of the situation since DsQ had attacked us.
I then went on explaining to them that a claim is something that you will reclaim. It is our claim because if we get attacked, we will reclaim it.
It was really the most brain dead conversation I had ever had. The representative went on a tangent of how we didn't own it, how they took advantage, how it was theirs.
I told them we were going to go to war with them and then they were like "no" and basically went on about how things should stay as they are now and I was like bruh no you took our territories and now claim them? And then they were like "well your claim is better so we should own it" and i was like okay and??!
We end up raiding BLA, SOL also hops on them and we basically win together. We did not want to keep BLA down permanently, rather regain our territories. Of course, as a result of the war, we demanded further territories as reparations.
There was also TAq. TAq was a guild we were both mutually helping and were going to give land. BLA was like "okay lets give TAq Elkurn then" and I was like uh no. You can give TAq territories out of your own land.

please do not encourage your guilds to defend nothing on free for all territories. PUN is a guild who takes account of their members activity by role, which is either donating xp, emeralds, or doing wars. The over use of not defending makes it extremely difficult for my members to get the few wars they need to not get kicked from the guild (as we use moto). The only way we are able to get war count is if we get attacked (and they defend) or if an ally is getting attacked (which guilds are usually on it so fast there’s no point in logging in if we’re not already online). I am absolutely not changing the way I run my guild because you people want to suddenly stop defending, whether it’s to save for a banner, or to negate war count, figure it out. Get some lootrunners, or don’t be a dick. ily all k bye
