@sleek burrow as of now unless changes are implemented I wouldn't make one as other people have said. The factors in guild wars have changed significantly from war addicted to now who's rich in LE(which leads to a whole multitude of problems around the way how wars function too as of now) and still has a ton of experienced players to do wars. See any small guild on the map? Ironically the update didn't help small guilds at all.
