Anyone can check the map, anyone can check terr cooltimes in game. A mod that saves you that trouble isn't a big enough of an advantage to be bannable honestly- it's pretty much basic info, as basic as having a territory map. I'll talk to Naraka and see if I can convince her or get some more solid reasoning at least. This doesn't feel right.
