Wynn is so tiny and the territories are so much bigger
Where as in Gavel
Everything is super compact and small

All territories have the same generating standards
Gavel everyone has high territory count because there is just so much and it is easy to carve out a nice aesthetic claim
It doesn’t even look large
Where as in Wynn you take 10 territories and you own an ENTIRE region :/

the issue with shaman is they put a giant aoe control class in a game thats basically designed around every other class doing high single or small aoe multi target

I had a Gaia, it doesn’t get close to a freedom or GMA like I have in my archer
grind spots exist and are relatively balanced bc high xp gain but you only kill a few at a time generally, except like spin spamming assassin
well obv archer does more dmg than mage lol
meanwhile shaman just covers the entire grind spot
it doesnt fit and is way too overtuned
i dont think ive ever heard of anyone using strati as a combat weapon lmao

Well if class cap is introduced without any of the other things put in place then only one build will be viable with shaman in wars and that build will still make the contents difficulty negligible

Yeah the main problem rn with the current wars are (for me at least) that someone can just attack your HQ
I mean even if that is fixed
I believe that they should add a system where each one of your terrs needs to go down to be able to take your HQ
there is no constellation that will let u defend all your territories appropriately while being self-sufficient

with the new wars
Mostly started out today, besides some action the other day of course but I was mainly following
So I was wondering if there could be an addition to defense where you could set a base standard across your territories
It is somewhat tedious having to go through every territory.
Yes, technically in the current system you set defenses manually on EVERY territory
The difference is that once you place a defense, it is done and set. With this new feature, defenses can be shifted and honestly need to be shifted quite often depending on the war climate.

Just a base in tune with what your guild has and what you want your defense to be across your territories
Of course some territories will require different defenses depending on the needs of your guild
or bonuses, ect.
However, a base standard would be very useful so that territories are automatically at some standard you choose unless otherwise upgraded
OR
Potentially make it so you can have these configurations you can just apply to territories that you create rather then clicking tons of buttons all the time
However, that said, I have no idea how any of this functions and how much effort or essentially how feasible all this is
What I do know is that with the new dynamic of wars, and with defenses being able to be modified actively, features along these lines would be very useful
just make a present tower def you can create so whenever you take a territory the tower will be defended with those present attributes automatically

Some bonuses are only relevant on certain territories
A base standard that can be set by each individual guild across their territories would be very nice, or custom configurations you can just quickly apply to a territory.
I'm thinking this through, and one thing I realized was forced feeding and the fact a guild can just without consent feed territories to another guild.
There are MANY alternatives and ways to go about this. Currently, there is a menu of maps that represents territories and you click on one to change its bonuses and defenses. Would it be possible to make it so you can select a list of territories you want to modify? And then change them all at once.
Or going back towards the original proposal, having a set standard that you manually can apply that goes into effect on all your territories, anything below would be upgraded to the standard but anything above could remain the same?
Or as Goden expanded on, custom configurations you could quickly apply upon capturing a territory.
Right now, this is not ideal for large claims and is problematic. Guilds will be needing to shift defenses/bonuses across their territories depending on the political climate.
