Just a quick statement addressing the Pala aspect change.
To a majority of players, the +5% base resistance has minimal impact on their gameplay, and underwelming for a t2 mythic aspect.. The change aimed to make the aspect much more noticeable and impactful, which it now is with the -5 surge cost which is much better for 90% of content within the game.
We're aware that this does affect wars negatively, and the 5% base res would be much better for wars in particular, however with the current state of wars it's unreasonable to balance around them until they receive a overhaul to better fit in with the rest of the game.
