There probably wont ever be "exact" amounts as to what goes from lowballing to criminally scamming someone, but that isn't the focus. You used these tactics, alongside several steps of lying and overall gaslighting to convince the seller that it is worth less then what they could get it for within a reasonable amount of time. That is not allowed, it is creating a dishonest record for you to gain the upper hand, when the seller zero idea about them being played massively.
