I know one bad apple sets a bad reputation for everyone else, but we didn’t know either of this situation. We as a guild do not promote or condone his behavior, and we’ve taken the action of already kicking this player.

That being said, other than the negative remarks to my guild, thank you for informing us of the situation. It certainly has avoided future damages towards my guild and other guild members and we are going to implement background checks when recruiting as to not recruit unwanted players or gain this unwanted attention.

I just think its really dangerous to make those claims and assumptions, and to an extend irresponsible, because it causes harm to our guild. That player in the last week joined six other guilds and also scammed them. As if it already wasn't a dangerous an uncomfortable situation, then having people badmouth our guild when we were going to be his future victims, makes it even worse.
