I can't speak for others (I mean I can and know how they feel/act around the guild community, but I'm not going to) but I really don't have issues with the guild community. Moderating is hard because there's so many ifs and buts and we just lack a lot of the tools we need in order to moderate it effectively, fairly, and efficiently
