This is not true, no binary system has an undefined value, as that would violate its definition. Binary is literally the presence of charge or it’s absence, the exact value does not matter, and any system that interprets it as mattering is not a binary system, it would be ternary or above, not binary. I do math by hand in binary because it’s easier than decimal, it has plenty of applications outside of computing, and within computing it’s only used because of the fact that electricity can easily hold a binary state within a capacitor by either holding a charge or not holding a charge, and that charge can easily be released and interpreted by binary logic gates, NONE of which have any case handling for undefined, as it violates the entire principle of how they work.

the only way to actually fall from relevancy as a major political party is to consistently deliver the opposite of what you promise, afaik such was the case with the Tories in the UK

so they care about those who are a source of their wealth

which mainly amounts to corpos giving them lobbying money, and that goes for your corpo-hater politicians too - check if your country has a public registry of transactions in politics, the general trend you'll find is that almost every politician takes money from corpos
