spending hp instead of mana while corrupted builds corruption, which lets you deal extra damage

as long as you hit and kill enemies while corrupted, leaving corrupted will heal you

the more hits and the more kills, the more hp you recover

shift cast war scream and youll cancel corrupted and proc the healing

or you can switch to a different spear
