abrasion can be swapped for metamorphosis if you dont want to spend a lot on a good walk speed abrasion

lifelike is just nice to have, will run you like 10 LE for a max mana regen one but +5 int, 8/5 mana regen and no minimum reqs is super comfy to throw into any build, so its worth having one

The best way to know what to use would be to go into your ability tree and see what damage your spells do and build around that
