Brother, it takes like 1 hour to go from 1 to 100, lets be generous make it 2 because he might need to do quest to open some location.
Buy him adventurer set, it is like 200emeralds for the whole set, then buy him morph and tell him to do /partyfinder and join fleshcave and scrapyard party. You do not even need to be with him, just give him this know-how.
He might need to do little corkus quest to open scrapyard location(i'm not sure because alts do not need it and do not have second account to try)
there is also likely to be 3x exp tomorrow, it is 1.5x even now. which means with the booster bomb it is 2.5x
