Well it was an intentional drop for testing, I just lock my inventory to prevent accidents so I'm not worried about that. Just seemed to dissappear so I was curious where the drops actually go if they don't just get deleted

So, you have 20k who which is good. But basically, you have no mana regen or health regen as instead you have mana steal. Your only way to get mana is by hitting stuff with your main attack. (Which will make you lose health but this shouldn't be an issue with heal) I think what happened is that the boss you died to hit you with a fire damage attack, and you have -450 fire defence
