or you can go shaman, it's also an allrounder that can lootrun (although movement is harder than just spamming tp) and do raids |

but in general shaman is slightly more difficult and requires a bit more braincells

There is an item floating on top of the altar. You have to collect how ever many of that item that the altar says, then right click the altar with them. They are usually collected from mobs around the area and will be in your ingredient pouch. Best bet is check the wiki and see what item it is.
