Then right click on the resulting instance and edit it.
In the mods menu, click 'download mods'
That gives you an interface to find all the wynn mods and select them
there are a bunch, but wynntils is the only one that is strictly neccessary

some stuff doesnt drop items and I imagine some mobs are exempt from the level rule
like making eye lvl 180 and drop some amount of xp would be kinda silly cuz the xp scaling from lvl 100 to 180 would completely gut the gain if not just entirely null it
