(please note that the fight will be limited to command blocks and data packs)

Someone gave an idea at some point about randomly generated dungeon rooms in the setting of a boss battle.

Maybe the boss could swallow you and you would have to run through a maze of randomly selected small rooms, exploring and clearing them in short time limits (like 30 seconds per room)

For rooms, you could do like short parkour sections or combat.

If you want to mix them, maybe try an aerial combat section where the floor is lava and you literally have to use a wind burst type attack (custom enchantments maybe? Let me know if those somehow work) or floating (See acrobat movement if righting reflex is still a thing) or teleports (mage teleport. Enough said). This kind of thing would probably only work as it’s standalone section though, the learning curve to fight this would be pretty hard imo.

I love command blocks and data packs! I haven’t been up to date making them for half a year though :(. Would recommend using structure blocks and/or importing the structures to the data pack if you’re trying to do room stuff. Good luck!
