• Put everything in the normal layer, outer layer gives more depth to the skin so manipulate it depending on parts you need more depth with.
• Your "easter eggs" should be translated to the shirt instead of pants or translated to both.
• Maybe use a bit of proper shading instead of using that noise texture brush, but thats a bit more advanced
• Use references from other skins, trust me your stuff will look miles better once you start referencing.

that's intentional, since melee damage is calculated on base damage alone

thats why the attack speed multiplier exists after the conversions step

it basically separates the base dps into its constituent two parts (the base damage * attack speed multiplier = base dps, which is what the spell damage is calculated on)
