you can use that to craft a nice starter weapon since it gives extra main attack damage to the weapon

Guild discords are typically alright, wynnmain class builds are ok provided you double check it. Blues Builds isn't terrible but it's not strictly moderated, you'll probably be able to find a collapse build there though. Alternatively build your own. Collapse is relatively easy
