once per class - you can re-obtain it many times via classes that haven't done the discovery yet (by using burner classes to repeatedly get quest/secret discovery rewards), but requires quite a bit of effort

Or use a morph/champion set it should give you a tad bit more tankiness. At level 75 you have morph steel I believe.
