Yeah, that's one of my concerns too :/. I figure with the new tech released that reduced aura cost to 12% blood cost, I'd be able to be okay... but maybe not.

25 x 2 x 0.6 x 1.42 = 42.6% healing with Option 1. With Option 2 it is 48.3% healing. 42.6 x 0.35 = 14.91... meaning I'd only really be able to spare a single tether off of natural damage (assuming no blood drawn in via the totem). 48.3 x0.35 = 16.90... so two tethers. Obviously the totem's blood draw improves that... but it's still a bit tough I think.

Triple point if you want bigger heals (about 1.5k total heal increase) or panic zealot (a bit more finnicky) or maybe cryoseism if it's still a solid option

But really redoing the whole build might just get you better everything with triple point because you might actually sustain

sky and molten dont have very good mythics

Some people do chronokinesis or short ones though so figure out what you like

Essentially if you get cleansing ritual and equilibrium you’re set and you win
