the only way to get rid of them is to fill your entire inventory with an item and then swap the quest item with another item so it drops on the ground forcibly

so u have to have it somewhere unless u did that

if not u can always start a new class and do the underwater quest there (since its only like a lvl 6 quest or smth), then put the item in your bank

from my own experience on fatal arcane, HPR is really really nice (hpr pot + scroll is plenty) especially pairing with pande heals. With those, you won't need a ton of HP
