Salted's Trusty Poop isnt an item that failed to convert like Montefiore, Damase, Fierte, Pelier etc
These items that had the old tooltip get bugged in the pedestal and the tooltip disappeared

But Salted's Trusty Poop isn't a bugged item that failed to convert (I think just the devs decided to keep the old tooltip as it's for this item), so now when it placed in pedestal there is a chance for the tooltip to disappear and it's soo important for Salted's Trusty Poop to have "You feel dirty holding this..."
TRSTN4 just lost that text from his poop because it was in the pedestal (happened when fruma got released but the bug is still there)

Normally just /classing during cannon sequence fixes it
You can immediately tell if it’s working if you see the counter on screen
And yes the lava teleport during parkour sometimes doesn’t spawn but it’s fixable assuming you don’t die
