the only dungeon that doesn't have purely combat or parkour challenges is Galleon's Graveyard I'm pretty sure, unless I'm missing something. And even that isn't exactly much since the majority of the dungeon is exactly that

raids at least have little side activities each time that you have to do, like balancing on the tower or navigating a maze or having to jump form platform to platform

Is it just me or is there a small connection between Fruma and the song "In the Court of the Crimson King" by King Crimson?

Self-Evident Possible connections:

Ex1: The Court of the Crimson King as a title
Itself could be connected to the queen (another monarchal term) considering she has control over the auburn forest, very similar to crimson

Ex2: Lyrics: "I walk a road, horizons change, the tournament's begun"
Walking a road such as the beginning of the questline accessing fruma by returning back to the player origins, and a connection to the tournament seen at the begin of the fruma questline

Ex3: Lyrics "The Keeper of the City Keys put shutters on the dreams"
Could be a connection in that Fruma blocks the memories of their deportees or their "dreams" of what Fruma was like

Obviously not fully connected and very distinct stories, but I heard the song just now and heard a couple lyrics that reminded me of fruma
