Both, as you have to grind to actually complete Fruma as the quests and caves don't give enough EXP to get a full level most of the time (my biggest complaint about Fruma is the leveling issue, you should be able to complete the game without grinding my opinion)

He turns into a Kivaraptor which is a hostile mob that spawns in the Mistwoods, they look similar to Adasaurs but are different. Interestingly enough we never see a wild adasaur.

Also, Adasaurus is actually a real dinosaur but you’d have trouble riding it because it’s the size of a turkey.

If this were to happen for a hypothetical final fight, the first phase could be the dual bosses and for a second phase perhaps they fuse into some Dark, Light, and Corruption thing. Could be other ways to do this given the shared hatred both have, but I think it would be cool if Corruption played some role in the final boss given its presence from the very beginning. Maybe could be interpreted as them temporarily putting differences aside as a last ditch effort to prevent the player from putting an end to their conflict and influence over the world.

I say this though acknowledging that this could also be redundant in practice given the ||presence Corruption already had in Fruma with The Beast of War, even if hidden for most of that story.||
