crackpot theory, garaheth has some relation to niflis. garaheth was worshipped as a god by the dogun, has heavy connections to fire (and earth through the doguns), is incredibly powerful, and is a demon not a devil (and if the dogun creation mythos is true than he literally couldn't be a devil because the realm of war wouldn't have existed yet). with how the fruman old gods connect to the elements and the runes, and how atlahas has a spirit still in auburn it points to there being at least some truth to the fruman mythology (i don't think its fully true, but i think its an interpretation on what happened).
i don't have much evidence for this theory yet (thats why i call it a crackpot theory), but it could help explain whats up with garaheth, the dogun history, and indirectly give us clues to the history of the colossi
