i wanna hit a world record bench for 13-15 year olds in 165 lbs weight class
im 15 rn i weigh 158 lbs and my bench is 250 atm my birthday is april 28 so thats my deadline i think i wanna break the 2024 world record and atleast get top 10 bench in world for it
do yall think its possible? and is there any advice to help me do the epicly lifting
idk much about benching, but maybe you should just practice it everyday and keep your goal in mind? mindset is the most important thing.

anyways my advice is to find a good coach to work with so he/she can provide u a good personalised program
then pace ur training blocks well and always autoregulate on days when the bar feels heavy, it may be tempting to wanna chase loads but when you feel weaker on a certain day and do that, it will set ur recovery back for the next few weeks and mess up the entire training block
so for example, a successful training block will look like: week 1 - 100kg @ rpe 6, week 2(u feel weaker) - 95kg @ rpe 7, week 3 - 105kg @ rpe 7, week 4 - 110kg @ rpe 8, week 5 - 112.5kg @ rpe 9 PR.
(due to the autoregulation in week 2, u managed ur fatigue well and the block was successful with a pr in week 5)
a failed training block will look like: week 1: 100kg @ rpe 6, week 2(u feel weaker but still push the loads regardless): 105kg @ rpe 8.5(meant to be rpe 7 but u overshot), week 3: 107.5kg @ rpe 9, week 4: 110kg fail
(block failed because of the recovery setback by not pacing the block well in week 2)
lastly, treat ur accessory work seriously and not just anyhow do them for a pump. they are important for extra muscle growth and more muscle mass means a bigger cup and that means u can fill more water(strength) in it by training for strength and be stronger overall
also bulk but not so hard that you move out of your weight class
and listen to your coach's feedback and apply the changes to ur form to optimise the moment if necessary
the rest is up to your genetics and that cant be controlled(height, arm length, rib cage size all plays a huge role in determining how well built u r to bench press)
if u are short then it will obviously be easier cus shorter range of motion, same with shorter arms and a larger rib cage
but if you are not blessed with those attributes then work on the things that you can change such as the training points i pointed out above as well as sleep and nutrition as thats the most u can do
Iβm on medication that causes weight gain. I just lost 80 pounds from last summer and I gained almost half of it back. So Iβve been going on walks recently. Are there any tips on consistency? (Also I have a pass for a recreational centre so it has a pool and gym stuff but like Iβm scared to go because of people and idk where to start with equipment)
if your goal is simply to lose weight then ingesting lesser calories than your body burns daily is the most effective way for that.
for the consistency part as long as you stick to it long enough, working out will become a normal habit you dont think about doing like brushing your teeth. you can think about the end goal you are trying to achieve to motivate yourself to start off.
about the pool and gym you dont have to be afraid of the other people there cuz nobody cares about what you do and everyones there to focus on their own workouts. maybe you can try bringing a friend along with u for the first few times u go if it helps. you will then realise that nobody really looks at what you are doing in there.
for the equipment part you can just start with something you are comfortable with such as machines for now, it does not need to be barbells or free weights.
Is 1300 cals enough? My appetite has been taking a massive hit lately and i have trouble getting to 1500
On average i burn abt 2100-2500 cals a day

Definitely not if you burn almost 1000 calories more. If youβre on a cut still, Iβd say to try to increase it by at least a couple hundred more, maybe 500. Iβve never struggled with low appetite but I imagine that liquid calories could be good. Protein shakes, high calorie juice/beverages? (Without much sugar obv)
I like to flavor my water, but theyre max 25 cals
Sometimes i grab small pieces of cereal to snack on but no more than 50 cals worth
I average abt 1500 cals a week but that average is going down

Often i burn like 3000 in a day, how do you even survive?
today I ate a huge ahh bowl of cous cous and was still hungry
i always eat to failure but it's so hard for me to gain weight just because of how much i burn in training

And it was no more than 1200

I get full from an apple and cheese stick
But at the same time
I know i can eat more just
I dont feel hungry

Or i just... dont feel like it
Idk how i didnt loose a significant amt of weight

I didnt notice
Bc i i would bloat so bad anytime i ate
And i thought i was fat
Now that im eating more my bloating is better and i can see my abs occasionally
I feel like this might be because i have an eating disorder that now my eating habits and appetite is fucked
I thought i "recovered" just with a hit if guilt but
I guess not
This is supposed to be a cut but this more of a bulk lol

As an average maybe 5 days a week? No diet or strict routine.
